RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS:

  • We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or does not fit size.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging.
  • Customers must return the product first at their own expense for inspection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If the item received is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • All returns should be sent to our designated return address.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • Exchanges Only: We do not offer a return policy except in cases of damage or incorrect size.
  • Customers must inform us on the same day of receiving the item for an exchange request.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition. If there are signs of use, we will not accept the exchange.
  • Customers must return the item at their own expense via traceable courier or registered post.
  • Products purchased on sale are non-exchangeable.

  2. Repack the Item: Ensure the item and invoice are included in the return package.
