RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS:
- We accept returns only if the item is damaged, defective, or does not fit size.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging.
- Customers must return the product first at their own expense for inspection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- If the item received is incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- All returns should be sent to our designated return address.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Exchanges Only: We do not offer a return policy except in cases of damage or incorrect size.
- Customers must inform us on the same day of receiving the item for an exchange request.
- The item must be unused and in its original condition. If there are signs of use, we will not accept the exchange.
- Customers must return the item at their own expense via traceable courier or registered post.
- Products purchased on sale are non-exchangeable.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

- Repack the Item: Ensure the item and invoice are included in the return package.
- Ship the Item: Send the product back via traceable courier or registered post.
