Exchanges Only: We do not offer a return policy. However, if you wish to exchange an item, you must inform us on the same day you receive it. The item must be unused and in its original condition. If the item shows any signs of use, we will not accept the exchange.
Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us via our Facebook page, WhatsApp number, or helpline. You will be required to resend the item(s) back to us with the order number as a reference.
Repack Merchandise: Ensure that the item(s) you wish to exchange, along with the invoice, are included in your return shipment.
Shipping: The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense to our address.
Products on Sale: Products purchased on sale are not exchangeable, so please ensure you select the correct size and color before purchasing.
